The Shire - following J.R.R. Tolkien's footprints

Yesterday we had to give ourroom to other customers and stay again in six people room so we decided to do something and avoid it. I made plan before coming to Birmingham that I want visit in Sarehole Mill, place which inspired Tolkien in his books and was his childhood place.

" It was a kind of lost paradise ... There was an old mill that really did grind corn with two millers, a great big pond with swans on it, a sandpit, a wonderful dell with flowers, a few old-fashioned village houses and, further away, a stream with another mill. I always knew it would go — and it did."

Place was magical, even it's only early spring now. I bet it will look even magical on Summer. Too bad the mill is closed now and they make tours on Summer and Autumn. But we went to there we only could.

Ed Sheeran - I See Fire

I got yesterday at last my new lens for my camera 50mm and I love it! Can't wait till we go take proper photographs as soon as possible.

Yesterday we went to see The Hobbit - Desolation of the Smaug, which we have waited for a year almost. We were super excited and surprised how much people were there.
I was so excited also because this movie included a lot of good actors ex. Stephen Fry, Lee Pace, Martin Freeman, Benedict Cumberbatch, sir Ian McKellen, Luke Evans etc. And our favorite dwarf Kili aka Aidan Turner.

After great movie we headed homes, expect I made decision to go spend my night at Jussi's place. Jussi served me chicken and ginger ale and we watched Finnish cult movie. Jussi started to play Resident Evil with PS3 while I scrolled Tumblr with Jussi's laptop.

We got Christmas gift bags from work and it included couple jewels from our collection where

this Swedish jewellery brand made collection to us. Value of these jewels is 160€.

After very strange dreams again, I woke up and I couldn't resist to open now my co worker's given gift 

she gave to me. She mentioned that she had to buy it because it reminded of me

so much. 

And she gave me permission to open it. And I was so so surprised. There was Gemma Corrells 'Style Diary'. I bet my co worker didin't even know that Gemma is my favourite drawers. My friend was also

named me as a cover character who I know is Gemma Correll herself really. But it made me so happy, also

she wrote inside book "to Elisa on Christmas 2013" it's officially, just for me. 

Empress' new clothes

Vicious on aivan mahtava sarja, enkä voi lakata nauramasta sille. Mukana mm. Sir Ian McKellen (aka Gandalf), Sir Derek Jacobsen ja aivan syötävän kuuma Iwan Rheon

Tilasin ko. vaatekappaleet kuukausia taaksepäin, tarkalleen reilut kaksi kuukautta sitten ja kuljetuksessa oli ongelmia. Viestittelin myyjän kanssa jonkun aikaa ja hän sanoi maksavansa takaisin, koska vaatteita ei vielä Joulukuun vaihteessakaan näkynyt. Nyt kuitenkin tilaamani vaatekappaleet saapuivat.

Lauantaina olemme menossa ystäväni kanssa katsomaan vihdoin toista osaa Hobitista. Ajattelimme Perjantaina muistin virkistykseksi fiilistellä Hobitin ekalla osalla.
Joululahjana ystävälleni, maksan hänen lippunsa ja meidän jättipopparit leffaan.

Ja kunhan tilaamani peruukit saapuvat, aiomme mennä kuvailemaan kauniisiin talvimaisemiin. Kuvista tulee aivan uskomattomia, sen voin jo sanoa.
