American pancakes

We baked some big, heavy pancakes yesterday after school. For the first time I succeed with those even we little burnt some of them. Pancakes are the best and I'll be super with them one day.

1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 large eggs (beaten)
30 grams butter (melted and cooled)
3 dl milk
2 1/2 dl plain flour
butter for frying

Mix up milk, butter and eggs and then mix flours with them.

Cauliflower tortillas and lilies

Cauliflower tortillas

small cauliflower
3 eggs
2dl grated cheese

Mix all them together until mixture is looking like a dough.
Spread dough on the greaseproof paper making about two
crepes on it (because them must be a little bigger)
Oven 200° and let them be in ~ 10 minutes until they get
a bit of tan on.

You can put whatever you like in them, but because I have this annoying diet, I had
to use only meat.

Past Autumn

“His beard was all colors, a grove of trees in autumn, deep brown and fire-orange and wine-red, an untrimmed tangle across the lower half of his face. His cheeks were apple-red. He looked like a friend; like someone you had known all your life.”
― Neil Gaiman, Fragile Things: short fictions and wonders

Recipe is from here:

These pictures are from last autumn

But I don't care

I love autumn so much.
